24 little paintings for Long's Park

Eating and sleeping is overrated. I'm making hay while the sun shines! Long's Park in Lancaster, PA will be the second in a line of four shows in a row. I needed all new inventory of small pieces because the work I had left after Chautauqua got divided up between Delaplaine Arts Center in Frederick, MD, where my work is featured for the next two months, and the Art at the Mill show in Clarke County, VA. So I had two weeks to do two orders, one for Tamarack in Beckley, WV and one for Womencrafts in Provincetown, MA and these paintings for Long's Park. Needless to say I didn't do much else. If I have a good show this weekend the madness will start all over again as I have an order due for Grovewood Gallery in Asheville, NC in addition to more inventory for the Rittenhouse show in Philly, the third in this line of four. And I'll only have ten days this time. So, the next time I post it will be the new pieces for that show. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this new work. My sister is using these images for a 2020 calendar I'll be putting out in the fall. Excited about that!

All are acrylic and charcoal with some paper collage on wood panels 2" deep, the images wrapping around the sides. The first 8 are 12" square, the second 8 are 10" square and the last 8 are 8" square.
